I use 1 cup of ACV, 2 tbsp of honey, tsp of turmeric, just a shake of black pepper for the turmeric, and a tsp of cinnamon. You add a squirt of lemon juice to taste. Some people add cayenne pepper. It is really good for you if you can stand the heat.
