Do not beat yourself up. Everyone is having a hard time. Rent is ridiculous. After COVID rent tripled. People lost houses. Look in the mirror and say I am ok and I will survive. I live on my parent's land. My grandchildren live on my son's land. We got to do what we got to do. Get past that and you will go forward.
